SRMIST presents this Institutional Development Plan (IDP) for the period 2026 to 2035 as a synthesis of three complementary inputs: the strategic framework and detailed thematic elaboration prepared by the IDP working group in alignment with UGC pillars; the SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges) analysis conducted by the Faculty of Management Studies with inputs from faculty, students, staff, administrative heads, industry experts, alumni, and social media feedback; and the guidance of Mr. V.R.K. Prasad, Vice President at Morgan Stanley, who served as the external advisor.SRMIST operates across six campuses %u2014 Kattankulathur (KTR), Ramapuram, Vadapalani, Trichy, Baburayanpettai and NCR Ghaziabad, with a combined builtup area exceeding 12 million square feet. The university hosts approximately 1,00,000 + students which include 5,000 doctoral students and engages over 1,000 corporate recruiters annually.
