Our SRM IST Swimmers showcased remarkable achievement by winning 13 Silver and 9 Bronze medals in the 18th Tamil Nadu State Short Course Swimming Championship.A balanced diet rich in lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats ensures sustained energy, while proper hydration prevents fatigue and cramping. Adequate rest and sleep are essential for muscle recovery and optimal performance.
