Consistent practice, match simulation, and analysis of opponents further enhance performance. Physical conditioning focusing on leg strength, core stability, and endurance supports sustained rallies, while mental toughness, focus, and confidence help players The Directorate of Sports and the Department of Yoga, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu, in collaboration with the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, successfully organized a Yoga Practical Session on 04th May 2026 (07:00%u201307:45 AM) as part of the %u201c48 Days to Go....%u201d countdown to International Yoga Day 2026. The session was inaugurated by Dr. K. S. Lakshmi, Director of Admissions, SRMIST and witnessed active participation from around 350 students. A three-hour Yoga Seminar (10:00 AM%u201301:00 PM) was also conducted, inaugurated by Dr. S. Albert Antony Raj, Deputy dean FSH, SRM IST with eminent speakers sharing insights on yoga%u2019s importance for well-being. The event effectively promoted awareness and healthy living among students. The programme was successfully coordinated under Dr. R.
