Technology Transfer (TT)The leverage of a dedicated Technology Transfer Office is a high-priority Phase I action. The TTO will manage the commercialization of SRMIST%u2019s existing intellectual property %u2014 facilitating patent licensing, industry-research partnerships, and spin-off company creation. International and national models at MIT, IISc, IITM and Stanford demonstrate that a well-resourced TTO can generate tens of millions in licensing revenue while also driving placement opportunities for students and faculty.22
