From exploring the %u201cunfair advantage%u201d in innovation to celebrating %u201cwomen in entrepreneurship,%u201d the summit sparked creativity and empowered future leaders.STAFF WRITERThe Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Vadapalani Campus, inaugurated a cuttingedge VLSI & Processor Laboratory under the prestigious %u201cChips to Startup%u201d (C2S) programme %u2014 an initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, and implemented by CDAC India.The newly launched facility is equipped with advanced tools and technologies from Cadence, Siemens, Synopsys, Silvaco, Keysight, and Ansys, positioning it as a Centre of Excellence for semiconductor design, industryfocused skill development, and innovation-led engineering education.Prominent industry experts also joined the occasion:%u2022 Mr. S.
